Each FAPP production barrier will comfortably house 5,500 commercial SPF breeders.

Weekly production capacity: 50,400 (140 Cases)

Air control

HEPA filter array filters air to 99.9% purity.

Advanced evaporative cooling methods are utilizing pre-HEPA filtration to address Thailand's high external temperatures.

Clean feed and water

Breeders are fed an all vegetable layer diet (pellet) and sourced rural water filtered twice and then treated with chlorine dioxide at point of use, eliminating all bio-film in the water lines.

Our Products

Following the Guidelines established within the European Pharmacopeia, section 5.2.2., Thai SPF management selected and cleaned pedigree, white egg lines originating in North America. Pedigree lines are housed in small groups under FAPP (Filtered Air Positive Pressure) and managed under strict biosecurity operating procedures.
